I had a great experience with Curtis & Sons Plumbing. Jerry was friendly, polite, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and provided clear estimates. He discovered a faulty toilet flange that was causing my toilet to leak and shift. Jerry worked extra hours to properly fix the issue by chipping out concrete. He was also very mindful about cleaning up after the job and even sent me photos of his work. It's clear he goes above and beyond in his service. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

I have used Curtis & Sons Plumbing several times in the past, and each time they prove to be a reliable company. One Thanksgiving morning, I discovered a significant water leak in my patio slab. I reached out to them the next day, and they promptly sent Jerry over. Jerry was incredibly polite and professional—definitely the kind of guy you'd want your daughter to marry! Due to scheduling, they returned on Wednesday with another young man named Wayne. Both of them arrived at 9:00 am and finished the job by around 5:00 pm. They did an excellent job cleaning up and left the patio looking as good as new. If I could give Curtis & Sons Plumbing 10 stars, I absolutely would. As always, they did a fantastic job!

Our plumber, Charles, provided a FREE estimate before starting any work, which I really appreciated. He unclogged our sink effortlessly, and I ended up paying less than the initial quote since it was an easier fix—what a pleasant surprise! It's rare for a plumber to charge less than expected. This shows how genuine and honest the company is. Since that first experience, I’ve called them about three more times. They are reliable, trustworthy, and very personable.

He clearly explained what needed to be done and how he would approach it. The pricing was fair, and Charles completed the work efficiently. I've employed Curtis & Sons Plumbing for four distinct home plumbing problems over the past few years: water heater thermistor issues, main valve replacements, garbage disposal backups, and water spigot repairs. I've come to consider them as 'my plumber'. Jerry and Charles have handled all my repairs and they are, in my opinion, exceptionally skilled plumbers. I plan to continue my loyalty towards them. However, it must be mentioned that their interpersonal skills could use some improvement. They're not unkind, just not particularly congenial. The receptionist, while being quite pleasant, tends to be a bit rigid. Despite my continued patronage, I would have appreciated a bit of flexibility in scheduling or at least some recognition when I call. I had hoped that over the years of giving them my business, we would have developed a stronger relationship. They don't provide estimates or advice upfront, so be prepared for a $95 service charge when they visit your home. I once used another plumber for a faucet issue and was left unimpressed in comparison. I would still strongly recommend Curtis & Sons Plumbing for all your residential plumbing needs. Expect top-notch craftsmanship, though the customer service could use some improvement.

Charles did an exceptional job when I reached out to him. He was able to arrange an appointment for me the very next day at a time that was incredibly suitable for me. Charles went above and beyond to successfully pinpoint and fix the issues with my well pump and pressure tank on the same day, even though dusk was rapidly approaching while he was carrying out the repairs. When I was at a loss, Charles was there to step in, providing honest and fair plumbing services, a quality which is becoming increasingly rare these days. When I decided to upgrade to a nitrogen-reduction aerobic treatment system, I knew exactly who to call. The team was incredibly supportive, even though we encountered a few obstacles along the way. Patience was key from both parties, but in the end, we had a state-of-the-art system installed. The area around the project site looks significantly improved compared to how it was before they began. I can't recommend Curtis & Sons Plumbing highly enough for this kind of installation. Just bear in mind, with any major project, there are bound to be a few challenges.
